Liz Earle Skincare

Hugely popular British skincare line Liz Earle is now being sold here in the states. It's so nice to see the great Brit brands getting over here at last. I have read about Liz Earle for a couple years and now have test run some products.

Liz Earle products are made using "high quality, safe, naturally active ingredients"
They use potent, premium natural-source vitamin E, never the synthetic variety. No animal testing, no animal origin ingredients except honey, no mineral oils, paraffin, petrolatum. They also use many organic ingredients as they can.

What strikes me first is the high quality at a great price. You can tell just by sniffing these they are top of the line. All make use of essential oils. All 3 I tried are also very moisturizing, which made it hard for me to use them on my face a lot, but I definitely got a good idea of what they are like.
-Superskin Concentrate -comes in a glass bottle and is an aromatic blend of essential oils for your face. The first time I pumped it out of the bottle, I put some on my hand. 10 seconds after rubbing it in my hand was unbelievably smooth. It was a wow. The scent is all gorgeous oils like neroli and rosehip. Argan oil and avocado oil, vitamin E, lavender and camomile oils are also in there. It is very concentrated and a little goes a long way. This will smooth your skin well and soothe your senses . It sinks in quickly too so your skin is not left oily feeling.

-Superskin Moisturizer- is the stronger version, a cream for more mature or super dry skin. It is a very dense cream and not only adds moisture but plumps the skin. With Omega 3, GLA and more, it's very good for the driest of skins.

-Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser- a very moisturizing cleanser meant to be used with muslin cloths. This gets all the makeup and grime off including eye makeup and makes your skin very soft. It was a tad more moisture than I like in a cleanser, but it is a good one. Many people swear by it . I did love using the muslin cloths, and now plan on using them with all my other cleansers. You get a more exfoliated cleanse and really get the dirt off.

The Superskin Concentrate is $70.00 for 1 oz or $ 34.00 for .3 oz
Superskin Moisturizer is $ 60.00 for 1.6 oz, or $ 22.00 for .5 oz
Cleanse and Polish Cleanser is 24.50 for that starter kit with 3.3oz cleanser and 2 cloths or 1oz cleanser with 1 cloth is 9.00.

Also at Brownes Apothecary in Miami and Fred Segal Beauty in LA.

I just cannot rave enough about Liz Earle. She is # 1 in my Organic Books...along with Dr. Hauschka.
