To celebrate the Victoria's Secret fashion show next week in Paris , comes a new fragrance aptly named Paris.

The  LE scent comes in a pretty faceted crystal inspired bottle along with coordinating body lotion and fragrance mist. The notes include  French Cypress, Night Blooming Jasmine and White Cedarwood  making it sound like a crisp , lightly floral cold weather fragrance .

Just out at Victoria's Secret is Victoria's Secret Night , a new floriental fragrance. I haven't tried it yet, but I like many of the notes like black plum ,  orange, iris and violet. So I'll give it a sniff when I'm near a store.

Victoria's Secret Seduction- Dark Orchid

Victoria's Secret has been  a little inspired it seems by the whole 50 Shades.. phenomenon.  Their new scent for fall and holiday gifting is Victoria's Secret Seduction - Dark Orchid.

Victoria's Secret describes it  as being all about sexy decadence and that the wearer is  a glamorous provocateur  .

But what does it smell like, I bet you really want to know ? It's quite pretty and begins with plummy notes of cassis and plum  with a little citrus from bergamot and yuzu.  It then works it's way to being a light, woodsy warm amber with oud, tonka and cashmere woods along  with some dewy florals  including Midnight Orchid,  as well as a good dose of musks.

The Oud note here is not strong nor too smoky. It's just adds a hint of depth . I find this  well put together and  while I wouldn't have minded a bit more smoke , I think it will appeal to many.

The packaging here is the nicest they've done since the Parfums Intime line , in my opinion. Right off,  the box is beautiful with the colors and even the font text appealing. You then find the deep plum glass  bottle  tucked into a slot.

This is  to be the first in a series I believe , as it's called their first "Seduction" and the box is labeled No.1 .

Body by Victoria- New Fragrance 2012

New this month from Victoria's Secret is Body by Victoria. There was another Body by Victoria back in 2002 and while this shares the name and some similar notes it looks to be a new fragrance. I recall liking the original, it was very sheer and soft and despite being a musk based fragrance, not overly musk .

I haven't smelled this one yet, but hopefully it's like it's predecessor.

Victoria's Secret Leopard Kimono

Fall is bringing the Leopard on in a big way. We saw it at the Talbots preview, and yesterday Banana Republic unveiled their Mad Men collab which was also heavy on the print.

Victoria's Secret Heavenly Stardust

Heavenly Stardust is a new LE, thru December, addition to the  Victoria's Secret Heavenly line .

 The new scent  comes in a very pretty bottle and is berry infused with light florals and a soft musky- amber drydown. It's  a lighter scent , not overpowering and the berry notes stay  into the drydown.  The musk isn't heavy here and to  me that's a plus.  A bit different from the original Heavenly  and possibly  great gift for the Victoria's Secret fan on your gift list .

Victoria's Secret Heavenly Flowers

Heavenly Flowers is the newest entry in the Dream Angels Heavenly line from Victorias Secret. This one is based on the peony note in Heavenly and according to Victoria's Secret it's "juicier and more enticing with a touch of luscious fruit and a blend of sun-splashed blossoms."

I don't find this an overly fruity floral though. Not in a too sweet way. This is more of a floral and a very light , almost sheer one. It's got a lot of spring flower notes going on with a hint of fruit. Once it's been on for awhile , you barely notice the scent and it stays very close to the skin. With it's softer scent and little to no powder note , I like this far better than the original.

The new scent comes in a lotion ,body spray and solid perfume bracelet. ( The solid in a sample form was my tester).

Heavenly Flowers is LE and the EDP is 8.4 oz. is $49.

Victoria's Secret Poptimistic

How cute are these? I saw them when I was in my local VS for the Semi Annual Sale. They are thin, maybe the thickness of 3-4 credit cards. That makes them easy to stash anywhere.

Each one has a nice selection of light glosses and one set is called Heart of Gloss, and that cheers the Blondie fan in me.

Victoria's Secret Pajamas with Perfume Bottles

Browsing in Victoria's Secret last night I saw these cute thermal pajamas with perfume atomizers on them. There's a mix of images but if you are a perfumista, then you just might love these. It's a two piece set called The Fireside Long Jane Pajama. I saw a flannel set with bottles as well, but didn't snap photos of that.
