Brows can be one of the hardest things to get right, I think. Or at least on me they are. I have decent brows but when I want to make them better, filled in so many pencils just look too dark or overdone . This sounds like it could solve that problem.
This new formula has a lightweight Sculpt Gel formula and uses Charlotte's Miracle Precision Brow Brush.
