Dessert for lips? How about Lip Parfait from Laura Mercier ? These balms are super emollient ( there's shea butter in them) , creamy and feel like a dream on lips. Pigment is good too, medium to almost full, more than you expect from a balm and lipstick like. They have a satin finish with a touch of shine.
