Ms. Chaney has done a lot of research even finding new information by viewing previously unknown love letters and journals as well the Chanel archives.
I particularly enjoyed her meetings with royals including a whole chapter on the Duke Of Westminster , called Bend 'Or and the chapter that tells of the fashion lines re-birth in the 50s .

Those things are all covered in the book. It doesn't skip over them.
