MAC Cremesheen+Pearl in Imperial Light & Dynasty at Dusk

Cremesheen +Pearl is the  new shimmer answer to Cremesheen  from MAC. By now everyone knows my love of shimmer so I was predisposed to like these. I liked the original Cremesheen ok, but you guessed it, I wished they had shimmer.

Two favorite shades are Imperial Light and Dynasty at Dusk. These are slightly similar but one  is more peach.

Both pack decent pigment but on the sheer side.   For those who are shimmer phobic ( why ??? )  these don't overwhelm with it. It's definitely there but not as much as say Dazzleglass. It's more subdued than that and gives  nice glow to lips . There are no big pieces of  glitter here just a subtle sheen from crushed pearl.

Imperial Light is decribed as Frosted Light Peach and Dynasty at Dusk as Frosted Neutral Pink. I find Dynasty to have more peach  and see it as a peachy pink. Imperial Light is very much a peach, but a neutral one , not overly orange. This one looks especially good with my very light tan  and bronzed makeup.

Cremesheen+Pearl comes in 7 shades and there are also 8 Cremesheen+Pearl Lipsticks.

Cremesheen Glass $ 19.50
Cremesheen Lipstick $ 14.50
