La Roche- Posay Anthelios Clear Touch Dry Sunscreen

Sweat, sun and oil make for a greasy face this time of year along with clogged pores and breakouts. Adding sunscreen to the mix doesn't always help. More SPFs for oily skins have come along in the past  years and this one from La Roche-Posay is super matte.

Anthelios Clear Touch Dry Sunscreen is oil free, lightweight and very mattifying while also packing SPF 60. It goes on easily with a dry, powder like finish and sops up oil as it goes on. It can be used on bare skin , under makeup and for touch ups when the shine starts back up. It instantly mattes , meaning you can apply and reapply without worrying about build up or acne flaring up from too much product.

The formula has the brand's patented Cell Ox Shield XL for broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection along with perlite and silica to absorb oils. They do a good job as this works like a primer to keep oil at bay for awhile. By midday , under makeup, I needed a light touch up like any other  day but many SPF's wouldn't give me that without another primer as well.

It's rare for me to find a sunscreen I can wear on my nose and chin all day , and this is exactly what La Roche-Posay was aiming for, putting  out a product that even the oiliest will use , one they say has been tested in extreme humidity and 98.6 degree temps. In other words, New Jersey.

La Roche- Posay Anthelios Clear Touch Dry Sunscreen is $ 19.99 for 1.7 oz
