Want to go to Bamboo Beach ? Sounds good , right ? Ok , so it's not a real place but the name of Alterna's new summer haircare series. And you do know that your hair needs care in the sun, surf and pool , right ?

I recently way in the back of my hair section of the cupboard found an older ( dc'd ) Alterna Caviar Beach Spray . Why I hadn't used it who knows, but possibly because my hair was short then. I tried it right off this time with great results. It's not drying like some salt sprays can be and has UV filters as well as good for hair things. The new Bamboo Beach is similar .
First off a travel size Dry Shampoo is just fab. It also comes in a regular size as well. It's a shake on powder ( which I prefer over sprays , personally) and has a tropical mango coconut scent as you might have guessed from the name. Get cleaner hair and scented at one app.
The Sun Recovery Spray Leave In Conditioner, used on wet hair, is light going on but gets the job done leaving hair soft and manageable as well as having color preserving features. It has bamboo extract, camellia leaf extract, sunflower seed oil, cranberry, avocado and cucumber fruit extracts and coconut oil. It also has a light but nice summer scent and is free of Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates, Synthetic Color, Talc, Sodium Chloride, Mineral Oil, Petrolatum & PABA.
Both make excellent additions to the beach bag, poolside, or just for summer use.
Summer Ocean Waves is the matching Texturizing /UV spray.
