Bumble and bumble for Staerk Fashion Show

I was very fortunate to go behind the scenes at the House of Bumble on Sunday to the Camilla Staerk Fashion show and view the show after.
The head stylist was Neil Moodie , a very cool brit guy.

The look here was hair in an updo but not too overdone. Loose but styled and some hair had to be worked into scarves/hats. Now watching them make these buns was pretty amazing. They used Tonic spray all over to give a natural oil feel but not a greasy one. Neil said it makes hair easier to mold. The bun was also done in a bit of square way starting with parting the hair diagonally from the front. They sealed the look with Bumble Does It All spray. The end result was very beautiful.

The makeup showed incredibly exaggerated black eyebrows with a perfect nude/ brown cheek . I want that cheek color, but it wasn't an actual blush but some cream they applied using a tiny brush and blended. Cool.

Staerk herself was inspired by Isak Dineson's books "Out of Africa" ( Ms Staerk is danish) and "Seven Gothic Tales". Thus the collection at times had a 30s flair( loved) or pieces using liquid jersey and odd legging/pants. She showed two sleeveless coatdresses that totally spoke to me.
