New for Summer and LE from Cargo are Gel Lipcolors. There are are four shades named for NYC neighborhoods .
These are semi sheer , lightweight balm like lipcolors . They have a shine to them and feel barely there on lips. They hydrate really well with shea butter and jojoba seed oil among the ingredients.
These are great on their own but also work well over other lippies. They'd be especially good over a matte, if you're like me and can't quite go fully matte and like a little something over them. Cargo does say wear time is best on their own, however.
Gel Lipcolors come in the cute Cargo paper tubes with the NYC skyline emblazoned on. Chelsea is a muted reddish wine color and I am tucking it away for Fall. Brooklyn is a medium nude and all around wear anytime shade. These are a more natural look but not so much as to be barely there.
