Banana Republic Wildbloom Rouge

Banana Republic brings us Wildbloom Rouge just in time for Autumn. I can't help but feel that this rouge is a complement to the deep burgundy rouge lipsticks that are very much the look for Fall.

While there are several fruit notes in Wildbloom Rouge, it doesn't come across overly sweet or too juicy. It's deeper with a bit of a wine touched rose feel to my nose and then the plum note  and a small dose of  green apple. The florals here are  light but pretty and give way to deeper amber/ woods drydown with only a hint of musk.

Wildbloom Rouge is  not a super unusual fragrance but it's a cozy  and  pleasant scent  for the cooler sweater weather  .  I quite liked  BR's previous Wildbloom Vert, which is very different from this, but in all Banana Republic  always seems to bring fragrances that are wearable and nicely done.

Top notes:
Green Apple, Sparkling Bergamot, Fresh Clementine, Juicy Plum, Dewy Guava

Middle notes:
Magnolia, Freesia Petals, Sheer Jasmine, Water Hydrangea

Dry down:
Warm Amber, Cashmere Musk, Creamy Sandalwood

Banana Republic Wildbloom Rouge is $ 48 for 1.7 oz

A corresponding men's scent- Wildblue Noir will  also available.

Both will be in stores/online later this month.
