I've finally had a chance to get a look at and test some of the new Fiona Stiles line that's exclusive to Ulta.
Her name isn't new to me, I know she's a top makeup artist although I am not as family with her work as some others. Of course I'm always ready to dive in to a new brand and it was easy to see that this looked worthwhile to say the least.
My first impression before the makeup even, was the packaging. No skimping here. It's heavy metal and glass with magnetic closures on the lipstick. These look and feel luxe.
The actual product ? It's pretty good too. I've tried the Matte and Luminous Foundations, lipsticks and these Radiant Aqua Eye Veil shadows.
With my ridic makeup melt, any shadow listed as waterproof, long wear etc gets my attention. These go on creamy and blend well but set to a dry, almost stain like, stay put finish. They did not budge even on my oily eyelids all day. There was some light fading but for the most part they held on and up. Definitely Summer proof.
