Even and occasional reader probably knows how much I love any citrus scented products. I like all the citrus fruits, but lime is at the top . It's so hard to find lime scented body products, partially in part because citrus oils are so volatile and lose their scent faster than others. Of course there are lime products blended with other notes but I like mine straight up.
L'Occitane's Zesty Lime Ultra Soft Cream has been a must have since I first heard about it. Finally a fully lime product, and Zesty Lime totally lives up to it's name. It smells amazing and to my nose not too strong. Once applied the scent blends into skin for just a whiff of lime. It's great for Summer of course but as one who's used grapefruit lotion all winter , it's always right.
Of course this being L'Occitane they have packed the body cream with 10 % shea butter . The cream is is thick but not greasy and sinks in fast with plenty of moisture .
This is great on it's own, but if you have a favorite citrus perfume, it's ripe ( yes I had to say it ) for layering.

I'm always chasing after lime-scented anything. I was using 100% Pure Key Lime Body butter a while back, but they discontinued it and replaced it with a cream that doesn't really smell like the old one, so I've been looking for a suitable replacement...must check this out! Thanks for the review!
Hi MM. Let me know how you like it , if you do try it. I never tried the 100 % Pure one but it sounds good.
